All about me

Hello my name is Imane El Jari, I'm 15 years old. I live in Morocco precisely in Tangier. I'm living with my parents and my brothers in a big appartement. I have 1 sister which name is Salma and she's  12 years old and two brothers: Rayan and Mohamed; the bigger one is 9 years old and the other one is 4 years old. In my free time I like to sing, to dance, to act, to swim and to go horseback riding. But most of all I love to sing, since I was a kid my dream was to be a star but now for my future I want to study medecine. I play basketball and tennis and piano I also do belly dance. In weekends I either study for my exams or hang out with my friends.

I study in a french school which name is Detroit it's a private school and it's pretty big. We study from 8 a.m to 1 p.m then we go back home and we return to it at 2 p.m till 6 p.m then we finally go home, and do our homework for the next day. At school we have a variety of different subjects like english, arabic, spanish, french, physics, science, social economics,  moral and civic education and many others. My school has a very large number of classrooms and labs and a plenty computer rooms and 2 playgrounds, one of them is used as a stadium. We have to study very hard because we have a lot of exams.

Morocco is a country which is located in North of Africa, it's a country with different cities and different cultures, and that's what makes the beauty of the country and attracts tourists. It also contains coastal cities, mountainous cities, and finally desert cities as can be seen it's a very varieted country. I live in Tangier which is a coastal city surrounded by 2 seas, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Tangier has a mediterranean climate with heavier rainfall than most parts of Africa, the summers are hot and sunny and the winters are wet and mild. Tangier is a touristic city and it's Morocco's second most important industrial centre after Casablanca. However tourists really enjoy visiting Tangier because it's a city with a lot of historical monuments and wonderful natural views.

What do you predict the future will be in 50 years?

In 50 years I think that there will be big changes, the world won't be the same as today. The future will be better. In my mind the future will be great I'm sure that everyday life will be so easy. There will be smart houses and we'll be able to open them without keys just with our voices. There will be Hi-tech schools. There won't be any gasoline-powered automobiles, there will be just electric cars or maybe self-driving cars but for flying cars I think that we're way too far from realising it. Also the new technologies will be able to eradicate all the diseases, and people will eat more healthier so they can survive longer. Moreover I think that technology will help to solve most global issues. Perhaps there will be robots which will replace humans. And why not, maybe the future will allow us to colonize the Moon or an other planet and we'll discover a new planet where a new species of lives is living. Perhaps people will be able to communicate without talking. Well that's my own idea about what the future will be in 50 years.
